Dr. Junzuo Zhang has nearly 30 years of research and practical experience in the field of natural resource management and sustainable development. Her expertise covers areas such as corporate social responsibility, resource governance, land tenure systems, biodiversity conservation, policy research, empowerment in poverty alleviation, gender studies, partnership building, participatory impact assessment, and capacity building.
With over 20 years of international development project management experience, Dr. Zhang has been involved in areas such as sustainable trade and investment in forestry and agriculture, promoting economic growth through sustainable environmental resources, forest conservation and community development, environmental development, and poverty reduction.
Responsible for project management, she participates in the strategic framework design of numerous pilot demonstration projects, local implementation planning, operation systems, and the development of related guidelines. She provides knowledge and overall technical guidance to achieve project goals.
