Ms. Junling Yuan is dedicated to promoting green diets and has established and operated multiple organic vegetarian restaurants, including the first Boudaha organic vegetarian restaurant in China. These establishments offer healthy, low-carbon, and nutritious dietary choices.

In 2020, she founded Hangzhou Shangsu Catering Management Co., Ltd., responding to the development strategy of "Healthy China Action." The company is committed to providing project solutions and operational management services for plant-based diets in institutions and community health cafeterias. They have successfully established a health food restaurant in the Zhejiang provincial government office, providing three low-carbon, nutritious and delicious plant-based meals a day for government employees.

Previously serving as the director of the Industry Research Department at Zhejiang University's Enterprise Growth Research Center, Ms. Yuan was responsible for top-level design, industry planning, and blueprints, coordinating and attracting government agencies, related institutions, and enterprises. She explored and matched with matching think tanks, promoting the achievement and implementation of various projects.
